Can Frontline solve our IT issues?

What are your IT Support Help Desk hours?

Our IT Support Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. IT issues don’t just happen during the average workday, so we’re always available when a need arises.

What if an issue can't be solved remotely by Frontline's helpdesk?

If the problem you are experiencing cannot be repairing quickly over the telephone, then we immediately dispatch a technician to your office to make the repairs

Are your technicians local, or are they offshore?

All our technicians are U.S. based, and in Los Angeles and surrounding cities.

Do you support MacOS as well as Microsoft platforms?

Yes, about 25% of our end users are on Macbooks and other Apple devices. Being based in Los Angeles means we work with a lot of media and entertainment clients as well as creative businesses who prefer iOS systems.

Managed Cloud Services

What cloud solutions do you support?

If it's in the cloud, we support it. Most of our clients on on popular cloud services like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and many others that run their applications, store their data, and provide security and backups solutions critical to running their business.

Can you migrate us to the cloud?

Yes, cloud migration is one of our most popular services. We work with companies to move their old servers and applications to the cloud, as well as Microsoft 365 migration from Exchange, Intermedia, GoDaddy, and Google Workspace.

Do you support Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Yes we manage and support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms. Our IT helpdesk assists user adminstration, troubleshooting and support.

IT Consulting

What's included with your vCIO services?

All of Frontline's managed services clients receive vCIO consulting services as part of their support. This includes quarterly technology reviews, ongoing IT consulting and recommendations, and IT project planning and oversight.

Can we hire Frontline to be our CIO consultant?

Frontline's vCIO consulting services are only available to our managed services clients.

Can you manage our network and servers?

Yes, as part of Frontline's managed IT services, we administer and manage your network leveraging our monitoring tools, automated alerts, and routine maintenance practices to keep it running smoothly and up at all times.

Do you monitor and manage backups?

Yes we will not only recommend the best backup and recovery solution for your business, but will monitor and manage your valuable data, as well as keep it secure.

How often do you come onsite to our facilities?

Our network admin will schedule quarterly onsite visits to review your IT network and servers, amongst other IT infrastructure items that we ensure are well maintained and optimized.

What are your cyber security services?

We are responsible for continuously monitoring our clients’ IT environments to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats. This includes evaluating system logs, network traffic, and security alerts to identify potential vulnerabilities or breaches, conducting thorough investigations to understand the nature of the threats, and implementing mitigation measures to protect our clients’ data and infrastructure.

Do you offer cyber security audits?

Do we pay a fixed-monthly fee, or is it an hourly rate?

Companies pay a fixed-monthly fee for ongoing managed IT services and support. 

What would it cost our company for Managed IT Services?

Pricing is generally based on the number of devices (Servers, PCs, laptops, and other peripheral equipment) or the number of users on the network. After speaking with you about your requirements, Frontline will put together a custom proposal that covers all of your equipment and provides the services needed to keep your business running smoothly on a daily basis.

It says unlimited IT support is included with Frontline's managed IT services. What's the catch?

There is not catch. Through years of experience, we've learned to accurately assess network health and anticipate support needs based on complexity.

Initially, we may invest more resources to address neglected issues, but as we stabilize your network, both its reliability and our efficiency improve, ensuring seamless support for the long term.

What if we try out Frontline's service and don’t like it? 

We’re confident that you’ll find value in our service. So much so, that we’ll allow you to cancel the contract with no notice at all, within the first three months, if you find our service is not what we have stated.
